The EMMA toolkit was launched by Mike Albu, Karri Byrne and Lili Mohiddin at the Overseas Development Institute in London on March 11.  See videos of the speakers and discussion here.

Four EMMA studies from Haiti are now available.  They cover the market systems for staple food stuffs: beans and rice; and in the shelter sector: corrugated iron sheets and labour for re-construction.

A coordinated multi-agency EMMA study, led by IRC, took place in Haiti on Feb 7th – 19th.  Four critical market-systems were selected for analysis.  For more information see Notes from the Field posted on USAID’s MicroLINKS site.
